Our clients initially came to us with the intent of renovating the 15 year old original home on the canal site in the exclusive bayside estate of Aquatic Paradise. After listening to the design major brief, such was the extent of the proposed renovation, our advise was that the project would be more efficient if we were to knock the house down and start from scratch. Our client was pleasantly surprised how marginally different the cost was to approach to the project in this manner.

We managed the demolition of the original home for our clients and commenced work on the cleared site.

The finished new home is a design masterpiece with 450m2 of luxury living, for example:

• A roman spa bath looking out across a private flora atrium was the focal point of the master ensuite, designer mosaic tiles were also used extensively throughout this area.
• A fully equipped cinema caters for the movie buffs.
